Antenatal care plan 

The plan is devised, documented and explained to the patient. Patient has been explained expected course of pregnancy, anticipated schedule of visits, anticipated plan of delivery and additional testing if needed.

Nutrition, exercise, nausea & vomiting, vitamin & mineral toxicity, teratogens, dental care, working and air travel

Lifestyle modifications advice 

If applicable regarding obesity, smokipng, alcohol, or etc

Vitamins adviced, If you are on medicine for some preexisting condition they are revised if suitable in pregnancy.

Information regarding antenatal classes.
