As you start your day with mantra and so end it with the journaling.
Confess your thought, feelings, fears and struggles. Once you gave words to them, now you can look at them as observer without any judgments. It will help you gain control of your emotions which felt uncontrollable at the moment.
It can help you recongnize patterns in your failures, triggers causing your negative reactions and once you identified those negative thoughts, it’s your opportunity to improve on that.
Allocate journaling time. Write in a relaxed private environment.
Write even if you think you are scribbling nonsense.
When you will look back in future, it may make you more aware and may change your view point and in the future allows you to take a better control of such situations.
